Welcome!

I am a fourth-year PhD student at the University of California, Santa Cruz working with Rita Mehta and Tim Tinker. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in 2015.

I am interested in the early life history of fishes, especially the factors that influence dispersal and survival of larvae. I am also passionate about computer science, and hope to bridge the gap between ecology and computer science through computational modeling, bioinformatics, and novel technologies.

In my spare time, I love to go geocaching, create art (see my Art page!), hike, play computer games, and swing/blues dance.
